We are in the process of expanding our Chicago location.  The new addition will provide a separate space for our personal training clients, enabling them to receive more personalized attention from trainers without outside distractions.  This in turn will open up more space in the main workout area for gym members to utilize.

GYM MEMBERSHIPS

Go 24-7 Fitness strives to provide a clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable environment for its members. All gym members have 24/7 access to the facility's cardio and weight training equipment, which includes Precor treadmills and Cybex strength training equipment.

Memberships are NO FRILLS! That means there are no long-term commitments or hidden fees. Gym memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis so you only remain a member for as long as you wish.

PERSONAL TRAINING

For members who need assistance in reaching their fitness goals, we offer personalized one-on-one training under the guidance of one of our experienced and certified personal trainers.

At Go 24-7 Fitness, we understand that every person is different.  Consequently, there is no such thing as a standard exercise routine that works for everyone.  Keeping that in mind, your personal trainer will design a realistic fitness plan specifically tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Whether you want to increase muscle mass, lower body fat, tone up, or increase strength, coordination, and flexibility, we tailor your plan to meet your needs.  All you need to bring is your determination!
