    INITIAL CONSULTATION

     

    The purpose of the initial consultation is to analyze your fitness goals and determine what is realistic and attainable for you.  During the consultation, we will discuss your specific goals and decide what components are necessary to help you fulfill those goals.  This entails a review of your current nutrition program, extent/level of weight training, and cardiovascular activity.  The analysis will determine how effective your current program is in helping you achieve your goals, and it will assist us in mapping out the most effective scheme that will give  you optimal results.

     

     

    We will not make promises that are physically impossible to achieve, but we will promise that if you listen and follow our guidance, we will take you to the next level of your fitness.  How far you want to take it is up to you.
