For members who prefer a more dynamic workout, we offer group classses like boxing, karate, and boot camp.  Through the guidance of a certified instructor and the support of other class participants, you'll be sure to reach your fitness goals in no time.

For members who need assistance in reaching their fitness goals, we offer personalized one-on-one training.  Under the guidance of one of our licensed personal trainers, you have the opportunity to look and feel great.
 
At The Better You Fitness Studio, we understand that every person is different.  Consequently, there is no such thing as a standard exercise routine that works for everyone.  Keeping that in mind, your personal trainer will design a fitness plan specifically tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Whether you want to increase muscle mass, lower body fat, tone up, or increase strength, coordination, and flexibility, we tailor your plan to meet your needs.  We take into consideration factors like age, medical and exercise history, level of fitness, and specific goals so your plan is not only personalized but also realistic.  All you have to bring is your determination.
